Terms

Spa Process:

All body, skin care or nail care treatments are performed with provided table and necessary equipment, along with fresh clean linens. Our spa therapists will arrive 15-45 minutes prior to scheduled start time to set up, depending on services scheduled. Your privacy is important to us, so all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. It is the responsibility of the client to provide a safe, sanitary and professional work environment for our technicians. Please allow a clear space for spa services and be mindful that we will be bringing equipment with us, some of which is heavy (massage table/towel warmer/products/etc.) We ask that you pick a location for your service on the first floor of your home or location if possible. The client should be freshly showered and prepared for their spa treatment at least 15 minutes in advance to answer intake questions unless they have completed the Intake Form online, 24 hours prior. Wellness Spa Bahamas services endeavor to start on time and end on time regardless of late-starts created by the client. Wellness Spa Bahamas may or may not be able to accommodate late-starts based upon timing and schedule. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late-starts on behalf of the client.

Contraindications:

Our spa therapists may refuse services if there are any contraindications or medical conditions that were not disclosed at time of reservation (example: high alcohol content, flu symptoms or lesions) or if the client exhibits inappropriate conduct. All spa treatments are professional only. Services not listed on our website will not be performed. Please let us know if you are pregnant or nursing prior to treatment.

Individual Services / Packages:

Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee booking. You can call after that time to see if there is possible availability. Reservations may be made via phone: (242)438-3932, or through "Styleseat" online booking on our website. Same day cancellations may receive a 50% refund when booked online. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to scheduled time or client will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations must be confirmed.

Spa Parties / Corporate Events:

Reservations need to be made at least seven (7) days in advance to guarantee booking. You can call after that time to see if there is possible availability. Reservations may be made via phone: (242)438-3932. Same day cancellations may receive a 50% refund when booked online. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to scheduled time or client will be charged 50% of the event price. Cancellations must be confirmed. There will be a deposit due in order to book an event which is non-refundable. Deposit amount will be based on the size of the event.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are welcome at the discretion of the client. A 20% gratuity for your spa professional is customary. Please make your tips/gratuity payments in cash.

Payment Options:

Bahamian or American currencies in the form of CASH, TRAVELER'S CHECK, and DEBIT or CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED.

PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.


Additional Info:

Locations considered long distance (e.g. Lyford Cay, Coral Harbour) in comparison to more central areas (e.g. Nassau, Paradise Island, Cable Beach) may incur a travel fee. Locations where valet parking is deemed necessary, the client is responsible for the spa professional's valet fees.
